About the Role
The Financial Analyst (FA) is a key member of the program cross-functional team (CFT). They are the key point of contact for all program financial metrics for the program lifecycle from award of business to end of life. They act as a business partner to the Program Manager and CFT. The FA supports decision making through monitoring of financial KPIs and ensuring decisions are data driven with the goal of improving program financials.
Your Responsibilities

  • Business Partner to the CFT for designated programs, and responsible for all financial activities on these programs, and responsible that all financial activities on these programs, as reflected in the Financial Panel charts, are well managed. These activities include, Product Design & Development (PDD) costs, production parts, tooling, prototypes, pre-production costs and program specific capital
  • Coordinates the receipt of all program costs required for quote capital, and review the latter for reasonableness
  • Maintains production part costs throughout the program life
  • Maintains and updates all cost forecasts in order to accurately project timing of engineering and capital (tooling & equipment) spend
  • Support accounts receivable team in the resolution of pricing discrepancies that arise from incorrect pricing, currency, effective dates, and quantities


Who we are looking for

  • 4 year college degree, preferably in business or finance
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in costing/finance positions
  • Able to work in a global environment
  • Microsoft excel - expert level
  • Critical analysis skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills - Position interacts with all levels of the organization
