Leidos' National Security Sector is seeking a Program Finance Analyst who will be responsible for the program financial aspects of a wide range of intel contracts / programs within the Decision Advantage Solutions (DAS) Business Area and Multi-Domain Solutions (MDS) Division. This position reports directly to the MDS Finance and Business Operations Manager.
In this role, you will leverage your working knowledge of multiple contract types, tools, and processes to monitor performance and ensure policy and program compliance. Significant interaction with the MDS Finance team will be required to support the objectives of the assigned programs.
You will have significant impact on the program’s operational accomplishments and will be responsible for specific processes within the programs. We are looking for an organized and experienced problem solver who can pull together knowledge from a broad range of subjects to produce thorough analyses of complex, challenging issues, and use those analyses to find solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Program life-cycle activities such as project setup/ maintenance, invoicing support, accruals, financial projections, subcontractor tracking, and month end close.
- Development and maintenance of Estimates at Completion (EAC)s
- Significant interaction with the Program Managers, and may involve interaction with Ops/Line Management, Finance personnel, Contracts personnel, Procurement, senior technical personnel, and various other functional or support organizations.
- Prepares written, verbal, and quantitative reports for customer deliverables including the Contract Status Funds Report (CFSR)
- Reporting and variance analysis to include Revenue, Profit, Cash, Backlog, Risk and Opportunities.
- Participation in proposals through cost modeling and providing input into cost volumes.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline plus 4+ years' related program financial control experience. Additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Familiar with multiple contract types, such as FFP, LOE, CPFF, and T&M.
- Detail oriented, independent worker, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills
- Government contracting industry experience
- US citizenship is required and able to obtain TS/SCI with Polygaph clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence

Pay Range:Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
