  • Support preparation of financial information for internal program reviews, leadership briefings, and customer meetings.
  • Maintain financial tracking tools and supporting documentation, identifying opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proactively investigate financial questions, identify potential risks, and recommend solutions with appropriate guidance.
  • Develop a working knowledge of government contracting requirements, financial systems, and company financial processes.
  • Gradually assume greater ownership of financial analysis, reporting, and assigned program responsibilities as experience and capabilities develop.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field and 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
  • Prior experience should include financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, or a related financial function.
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance is required.

  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while recognizing when additional guidance or collaboration is needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting program finance, project controls, or financial analysis in a government contracting environment.
  • Familiarity with government contract types, including Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Time and Materials (T&M), and Firm Fixed Price (FFP).
