The Opportunity:
We are seeking a strong Program Finance Analyst to join the
NMMES- Navy Maritime Modernization Enterprise Systems team supporting the Program Finance Manager in Norfolk, VA. This is a dynamic team focused on innovation and growth. Responsibilities:
Responsible for program level financial analysis and reporting which includes long-term financial planning, management reporting and financial trends. Requirements include program cost control and management using cost baselines forecasting, customer reporting and invoicing support, annual and multi-year planning, monthly forecasting, and subcontractor financial management and monitoring.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field and 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in financial analysis and monitoring or project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office, project management platforms).
Desired:
- Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP).
- Experience in the company’s industry or similar environments.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
