CACI is seeking an exceptional Program Data Analytics Lead to play a vital role in a mission-critical initiative that directly impacts the lives of U.S. military service members and veterans. In this key role, you'll support a sophisticated, multi-functional global program spanning 300+ locations worldwide. The program encompasses program management, curriculum development, training and advisory support, data analytics, and operational planning—all in partnership with the military services and the Department of Veterans Affairs to deliver integrated support for those who serve and those transitioning to civilian life.

Responsibilities:
 

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Support comprehensive program management and administration across multiple functional areas
  • Facilitate data analysis and program performance evaluation to continuously optimize outcomes

Execute Strategic Data-Driven Initiatives

  • Aggregate and analyze data (qualitative and quantitative) from disparate sources (e.g., feedback surveys, internal reports, partner-provided data sets, etc.)
  • Prepares detailed data-driven assessments aligned with modernization strategies
  • Use data analytics to showcase potential process improvements and build support to implement solutions that enhance program effectiveness

Build and Strengthen Partnerships

  • Interface regularly with senior government and military services stakeholders to provide updates on strategic plans, modernization plans, and performance progress
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely transparency with authorized stakeholders via a reporting dashboards
  • Communicate program health, identify challenges, and propose actionable solutions with high ROI
  • Travel as needed to support site visits, program activities, and customer engagements at various CONUS and OCONUS locations

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in complex data analytics with demonstrated expertise in supporting programs of national scope in the Federal Government
  • Experience managing Federal Government data collection, modeling, and analysis
  • Experienced with Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint and other related tools
  • Experience in drafting and communicating executive level briefings, reports, and work products

Desired:

  • Proven track record in analytics roles in large-scale programs ($25M+ annually)

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,700 - $165,200
