Job DescriptionThe Project Coordinator will assist with the implementation and support of multiple projects on the Quick Lane and Express Service Program.
Day to Day Responsibilities
Program Operations (65%)
· Audit and process Expense Reports
· Assist with Training and Store Launching
· Act as back-up for Time Card Processing
· Assist with Co-op Claims Processing
· Assist with Operational Reporting
· Manage Document control and Work Instruction updates
· Identify opportunities for process improvement
· Identify and address potential concerns proactively
· Data gathering and preparation weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual presentations/meetings presented to both internal and external customers
· Promotional items: Ordering, storing shipping.
Business Development (35%)
· Assist in preparation of reports to support new business development proposal initiatives
· Implementation of new program initiatives
· Documentation of new programs and processes
