We are seeking a Program Coordinator to join the Foundation in its mission of benefitting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. What You’ll Do

The Program Coordinator, Technology Solutions role presents an exciting opportunity for an organized and proactive individual to provide vital administrative support to the Program Services team within the Technology Solutions Department. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent communication skills. They will play a key role in keeping the team’s operations running smoothly, supporting various programmatic initiatives, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time. This position requires a team player who is passionate about their work and the team’s success, takes pride in successful outcomes, and thrives in a collaborative environment dedicated to achieving results for the team and its programs.

  • Provide administrative support for the Program Services team within the Technology Solutions Department
  • Take clear, concise meeting minutes and create Trello cards to track action items and ensure follow-up
  • Manage Trello boards by keeping action items current, sending reminders to team members, and ensuring items move through the workflow efficiently
  • Develop and format slide decks and meeting agendas, ensuring drafts are prepared in advance for leadership review
  • Prepare materials and provide logistical support for advisory council meetings
  • Schedule meetings across departments and with external partners, coordinating busy calendars to ensure efficient scheduling
  • Gather data and support the development of reports, including drafting initial content and collaborating with team members on final deliverables
  • Conduct research as needed, including topics such as grant opportunities and industry trends

  • Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and techniques (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), as well as other disciplines of project management

Budgeted Hourly Pay Range:

$26.44 - $28.85
