Eliot is seeking a Clinical Director to join our Community Crisis Stabilization (CSS) program. Eliot's Community Crisis Stabilization is a twenty-four hour program designed to stabilize and support adults in psychiatric distress. This program is designed as an alternative to hospitalization providing short term overnight crisis care. In this role you will provide clinical, administrative, and operational oversight and guidance.

Responsibilities:

Direct/manage Stabilization Specialists and Clinicians in providing CCS stabilization interventions and services.
Hire/train all staff within the CCS program, conduct performance evaluation, work assignments and problem resolution.
Collaborate with the Director of CCS Nursing on the daily operation of services delivered to clients in the CCS program.
Manage and direct daily clinical interventions, assessments and stabilization services for the CCS program.

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in behavioral health care field, with two years of experience in a multi-disciplinary behavioral health setting
Must be independently licensed (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, RN, LRC)
Must have two years supervisory experience.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

Annual Salary

$90,000—$100,000 USD
