Manage and supervise CBHC staff delivering emergency stabilization, urgent care, and assessments. Oversee development of short- and long-term stabilization and safety plans, provide clinical and administrative supervision, ensure evidence-based crisis interventions, and coordinate transitions to ongoing services.

Lead and manage the Independent Living Program for court-involved youth, overseeing educational, clinical, medical, residential, fiscal, and licensing compliance. Supervise and develop staff, run meetings and trainings, maintain community and funder relationships, support youth treatment and crisis plans, and participate in on-call rotation to ensure safe, effective program operations.

Provide primary case management and nursing interventions for 3–6 adults with severe mental illness. Coordinate medical care, manage medications, perform assessments and individualized action plans, conduct outreach and in-home support, transport clients, and participate in rotating on-call and evening/holiday coverage to ensure 24/7 client support.

Provide community outreach and side-by-side interventions for adults with severe mental illness. Develop person-centered treatment plans, support community integration, build natural supports, and empower recovery related to treatment, employment, and leisure. Work on a multidisciplinary team and participate in rotating on-call evening and weekend coverage.

Provide nursing case management for 3-6 adults with severe mental illness on a PACT team: nursing interventions, medication management, care coordination, health education, comprehensive assessments/IAPs, client transport, and rotating on-call/evening/holiday coverage. Conduct outreach and support in clients' homes.

Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy for adults experiencing first-episode psychosis within a Community Behavioral Health Center. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans with client involvement, participate in multidisciplinary teams, deliver therapy in-office, virtually, or in the community, and ensure client safety while connecting clients to community resources.

Provide clinical supervision and oversight for Respite services: complete intakes, assessments, crisis plans, and coordinate admissions. Oversee individualized action plans, deliver direct interventions and therapeutic groups (CBT, DBT, integrated dual diagnosis), support staff development through training and supervision, and serve as on-call clinical backup for crises.

Assist in oversight and supervision of residential mental health programming for adults with severe mental illness. Duties include hiring, training, staff supervision, daily program monitoring, crisis intervention, supporting consumer independence and community integration, and ensuring a safe living environment.

Provide bilingual Spanish administrative and receptionist support for the Healthy Families program: manage participant files, maintain client database and electronic medical records, handle referrals and communications, coordinate groups/events, and perform general office tasks (faxing, scanning, filing). Conduct outreach to referral sources and support service delivery in the community.

Assist oversight and supervision of residential clinical programming for adults with severe mental illness: hire, train, and evaluate staff; monitor daily operations; develop schedules and deploy resources; support consumer community integration and daily living; maintain safe environments and provide crisis intervention as needed.

Provide urgent behavioral health care including diagnostic evaluations, crisis planning, stabilization interventions, and short-term treatment for individuals and families. Deliver flexible, community-based services in office, virtual, home, or community settings. Assess safety and service needs, develop stabilization-focused treatment plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support hospital admissions/discharges, and participate in ongoing trainings.

Provide peer counseling and recovery support to adults with severe mental illness within a PACT team. Use lived experience to empower clients, assist with self-advocacy, develop recovery plans, participate in team meetings, and ensure culturally competent, person-centered services during intake, transition, and ongoing care.

Provide short-term restorative support to adults with serious mental illness, help develop individualized action and self-management plans, model recovery skills, connect consumers to community resources, and assist goal achievement toward greater independence.

Provide urgent behavioral health care including diagnostic evaluations, crisis planning, stabilization, and short-term treatment for individuals and families. Deliver community-based care in office, virtual, home, or community settings, assess safety and service needs, develop stabilization-focused treatment plans, and coordinate with hospitals, triage, and multidisciplinary teams to support admissions, discharges, and ongoing care connections.

Provide person-centered, recovery-focused support to Clubhouse members in the culinary unit: lead therapeutic groups and workshops, assist with vocational and independent-living skills, coordinate daily lunch prep, menu planning and grocery shopping with members, complete documentation, and provide transportation support as needed.
