Provide urgent behavioral health care through crisis assessment, stabilization, short-term treatment, and safety planning for individuals and families. Support oversight and supervision of residential mental health programming for adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Assist hiring, training, evaluation, scheduling, crisis intervention, and community integration efforts while ensuring a safe, person-centered living environment.

Manage daily operations of a residential program for adults with developmental disabilities: oversee service delivery and case management, hire/train/supervise staff, implement ISPs and behavior plans, ensure documentation, and coordinate client transportation and community activities.

Perform street and site outreach to engage unhoused adults with serious mental illness, provide supplies, encourage service use, coordinate with providers, maintain resource knowledge, and support consumer transportation and integrated service delivery.

Lead clinical operations for a 24/7 Community Crisis Stabilization program, oversee assessments, interventions, medication access, staff hiring, supervision, training, utilization/billing systems, and participate in on-call support.

Lead and manage a trauma-informed residential social services program for children 0–12. Oversee operations, staff supervision, regulatory compliance (DCF/DEEC), treatment and crisis planning, community partnerships, scheduling, documentation (EMR/MAP), and on-call/crisis response.

Provide case management and community support for adults with developmental disabilities: complete assessments and ISPs/POCs, document progress, coordinate services (housing, SSI, providers), advocate for clients, schedule appointments, and maintain professional relationships with families and providers.

Provide clinical guidance, supervise case management and direct care staff, perform assessments and crisis planning, teach evidence-based, strength-based interventions, and lead intake and person-centered treatment for adults with severe and persistent mental illness.

Provide clinical supervision and oversight for a jail diversion program, co-respond to police crisis calls, perform intakes and crisis planning, deliver evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, integrated dual diagnosis), support staff training and on-call crisis backup, manage case collaboration and data reporting with police and community partners.

Provide intensive community-based case management for adults with severe, persistent mental illness: outreach, side-by-side interventions, person-centered treatment planning, skills training, community integration support, and participate in on-call rotation for evenings and weekends.

Provide clinical oversight and supervision for the Jail Diversion Program, coordinate with police and community partners to divert individuals with mental health/substance use issues from the criminal justice system, manage staffing and scheduling, handle incident investigations and on-call duties, and develop community and natural support partnerships to connect clients to treatment and supports.

Provide clinical leadership for a juvenile justice residential program: oversee assessments, intake/discharge planning, individual and group therapy, behavior modification system, crisis management, staff hiring, training, and supervision, collaborating with program administration and Program Director.

Provide peer counseling and recovery-focused support to adults with severe mental illness, using lived experience to empower self-advocacy, develop recovery plans, advocate during transitions, collaborate with the PACT team, and ensure culturally competent, person-centered services.

Conduct biopsychosocial evaluations, develop and implement diversion-focused service plans, arrange follow-up with providers and community supports, deliver short-term crisis interventions, and coordinate hospital admissions when necessary. Build partnerships with law enforcement and community resources.
