Provide intensive community-based case management for adults with severe, persistent mental illness: outreach, side-by-side interventions, person-centered treatment planning, skills training, community integration support, and participate in on-call rotation for evenings and weekends.

Support oversight and supervision of residential programs for adults with severe mental illness. Assist hiring, training, evaluation, scheduling, and daily program monitoring. Empower consumers in daily living and community integration, provide crisis intervention, and ensure safe living environments.

Provide bilingual (Spanish) administrative and receptionist support for the Healthy Families program: manage participant paper files and EMR, handle referrals, coordinate events, and perform clerical duties (faxing, scanning, filing, phone). Maintain client database and support outreach in the community.

Two-year post-baccalaureate fellowship offering recent graduates hands-on clinical experience across community mental health programs (PACT, ACCS, MCI, CCS). Includes a week-long orientation bootcamp, regular individual and group supervision with licensed clinicians, monthly learning seminars, mentorship, and professional development to prepare fellows for graduate study and careers in behavioral health.

Provide street and community outreach to adults experiencing homelessness, distribute supplies, encourage use of shelters and services, maintain knowledge of local resources, coordinate with service providers, and offer peer-based support drawing on lived experience and recovery.

Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team delivering nursing and case management to unhoused adults with complex medical, psychiatric, and substance use needs. Provide harm-reduction counseling, medication management support, referrals, outreach (street, hospitals, correctional settings), agency collaboration, and strategic input to stabilize clients into permanent housing.

Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy for children and families in a Community Behavioral Health Center. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, participate in multidisciplinary teams, support care transitions, deliver services in office, virtually, or in the community, and engage clients in culturally competent, family-centered care.
