Everforth ECS is seeking a Program Analyst to support support a DoW SETA program by managing the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the contract. This role is responsible for budget tracking, financial forecasting, and ensuring accurate execution of program funds across prime and subcontractor efforts. The analyst will work closely with program leadership and the government customer to monitor funding allocations, reconcile expenditures, and support financial planning activities. Responsibilities include reviewing and processing subcontractor invoices, coordinating funding actions, maintaining financial documentation, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements and government regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment requiring coordination across multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in program/project analysis, financial management, or government contracting support
- Experience tracking budgets, expenditures, and financial projections
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) and overall Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience reviewing and processing invoices, including subcontractor/vendor invoices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high level of accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with program leadership, customers, and teaming partners
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
