Job Overview
Index Analytics is seeking a dedicated Project Analyst to join our remote team in support of Government contracts, with a primary focus on technical support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at multi-tasking and is passionate about delivering exceptional technical assistance to a portfolio of organizations.
This project facilitates CMS data sharing to improve care for dually eligible individuals. As the first line of contact for users and stakeholders, you will provide support across multiple channels, ensuring timely and professional resolution of inquiries and issues. Stakeholders include state and territory Medicaid Agencies.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for organizations throughout the Data Request and Attestation (DRA) process, as well as ongoing program administration.
- Prepare draft responses to questions based on existing resources and in collaboration with project leadership.
- Facilitate meetings and technical assistance conference calls between project team and stakeholder meetings (e.g. develop agenda, host, and lead discussions)
- Validate documentation from entities as part of their submission.
- After reviewing the applications, generate and send validation findings email to agencies.
- Provide the client with updates during scheduled meetings and update relevant documents and systems.

- State/Territory Medicaid Agency Policy Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4 or more years of post-collegiate work experience
- Self-starter with experience defining requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability and confidence to learn new skills and acquire content knowledge quickly and independently
- Preferred but not required:
- Bachelors in a health or public policy related field
- Experience working in Medicare/Medicaid Care Coordination
- Experience as a Salesforce CRM or other CRM user
- One or more of the following skills and/or experience
- Project coordination and general administrative support (e.g., Meeting Notes and Action Items)
- Basic qualitative research: gray literature / environmental scanning and abstracting
- Advanced knowledge of health care policy and experience in regulatory analysis
- Experience working with medical claims data
The salary range provided represents the estimated compensation for new hires in this position, applicable across all locations. Actual offers may vary based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and market conditions.
