Role Overview
As a Program Analyst within Global Procurement, you will support strategic programs that drive cost optimization, data-driven decision-making, and digital transformation across the organization. You will engage with program managers, category teams, finance, and data/IT units to develop insights, streamline processes, and assist in the rollout of global initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Program & Initiative Support
- Support implementation of global, cross-functional programs aligned to procurement and company objectives.
- Assist in translating strategic priorities into actionable workstreams, plans, and deliverables.
- Track program progress, achievements, and risks; provide structured updates to collaborators.
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze procurement, financial, and operational data to identify trends, insights, and cost opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making.
- Apply structured problem-solving to convert business questions into analytical outputs.
Business Partnering
- Collaborate with partners across procurement, finance, and IT to support program goals.
- Facilitate coordination and communication across teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- Support collaborator requirements gathering and documentation.
Process Improvement & Digital Enablement
- Find opportunities to improve program efficiency and standardize processes.
- Support development of tools, automation, or AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency.
- Contribute to documentation of processes, playbooks, and guidelines.
Benchmarking & Market Insights
- Support benchmarking, external research, and market intelligence analysis.
- Synthesize internal and external data into actionable recommendations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work with data.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Demonstrated interest in program management, analytics, or procurement.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with project/program management methodologies.
- Experience in digital technologies, automation, or AI applications.
- Experience working in a cross-functional or global environment.
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
