Deliver and implement BI strategy to drive profitable share growth. Build financial and operational dashboards, analyse market trends, maintain customer/master data, support tactical commercial activities, set sales/performance targets, provide SAP/BW/CRM BI expertise, deliver user training, and handle ad-hoc BI and commercial operations requests.

Job Purpose:  

Main purpose is to create and maintain reporting solutions and data maintenance for the region. Focus will be on PowerBI and SQL, but also other smaller adhoc tasks will be part of the role.

Responsibilities:  

  • Design, develop, and deliver high‑quality Power BI reports and dashboards that support business decision‑making
  • Build, maintain, and optimize semantic models (datasets) to ensure reliable, scalable, and consistent reporting across the organization.
  • Automate data retrieval from BW HANA into SQL databases
     
  • Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and performance across integrated SQL data sources.
     
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data load, performance, or integration issues related to SQL data sources.
  • Collaborate with business, product marketing, and data teams to translate reporting requirements into effective BI solutions.
     
  • Create and maintain reports using excel / Analysis / BI Launchpad.
  • Work on BI projects and new reporting tool rollouts across the NORDEAST region, ensuring consistent implementation, data integration, and alignment with regional reporting standards.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:  

  • >3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in technical/financial field required.
  • Power BI
