The Role

Description

Our team is growing and we are looking for a Professional Services Team Manager to join our team in Denver! In this role, you will lead and grow a team of Implementation Consultants responsible for implementing the monday.com platform for our customers. Your team is responsible for advising and consulting with customers to build and optimize solutions using monday.com products. We’re looking for a results-oriented team leader with a demonstrated track record of successful customer outcomes.



About The Role

  • Ensure the high-quality, on-time delivery of high volumes of projects of varying length and complexity
  • Advise and enable the team on the different components of a project lifecycle, including discovery, requirements, configuration, testing, execution, roll-out, training, and launch
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including Customer Success, Sales, and Partners, to drive efficient and reliable project delivery for our customers.
  • Serve as a coach, mentor, and leader to individuals on the team, while setting expectations on performance based on data, using consistent feedback and transparency.
  • Identify and execute process improvements, policy development, delivery methods, metrics, and tools in support of client delivery.
  • Drive the strategy to onboard, enable, and expand usage and revenue with customers.
  • Maintain accountability for team operations and the KPIs used to measure the team’s success
  • Recruit, hire and train new team members.
  • Build programs and initiatives to drive continuous internal process improvement and enable the teams' ability to scale



Requirements

  • 5-10 years experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Managed Services, preferably in SaaS or at technology consulting firms 
  • 3-5+ years of people management experience
  • Extensive experience with project management, CRM, and/or collaborative work management software
  • Ability to successfully navigate complex organizational structures (internal and external)
  • Comfortable transforming department strategy into tactical initiatives and executing on them
  • Process-focused and metrics-driven (desire to instill a process that can scale)
  • Experience estimating delivery effort and creating Statements of Work
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • An amazing team player who can collaborate with many internal and external stakeholders.

For Denver-based hires only: Compensation Range: $102,000 - $145,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of Denver may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations
