Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Eintritt eine/einen:

Produktmanager - Onkologie (m/w/d)

(Vollzeit, 38,5 Stunden/Woche)

Der Produktmanager (m/w/d) verantwortet die exzellente Umsetzung der Produktstrategie auf allen Kanälen.

Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Strategieerstellung und verantwortlich für die Umsetzung der Produktstrategien und Launch-/Brandpläne adaptiert für verschiedene Kundensegmente in Zusammenarbeit mit wichtigen funktionsübergreifenden Partnern basierend auf externen Insights und Datenanalysen
  • Erstellung und Implementierung globaler Kampagnen angepasst auf die lokale Marktsituation; darauf basierend Auswahl Marketing-Mix, Mediaplanung und Planung und von Omnichannel Formaten sowie Erstellung von Marketing-/Salesmaterialien
  • Erfolgsmonitoring von Kampagnen und Adaptierung basierend auf Datenauswertungen
  • Verantwortlich für Kongressauftritte/ Events in der Hämatologie für das Produkt
  • Budget-/ A&P Verantwortung
  • Internes/externes Stakeholder Management
  • Lebt eine offene, ehrliche, vertrauensvolle, transparente Kommunikation für eine positive, motivierende, verantwortungsvolle Arbeitskultur im gesamten cross-funktionalen Team

 

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Wirtschaftlichen- oder Wissenschaftlichen Bereich
  • Produktmanagementerfahrung inkl. eigenständiger Umsetzung von Kampagnen auf verschiedenen Kanälen
  • Erfahrung in der Hämatologie präferiert, Onkologie unerlässlich
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentionsfähigkeiten, Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, Eigenständigkeit, Proaktivität und externer Fokus
  • Sehr gutes Omnichannelverständnis und Fähigkeiten Zielgruppen auf verschiedenen Kanälen zu erreichen
  • Sehr gute (cross-funktionale) Teamfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit Feedback zu geben und zu nehmen
  • Fließend in Deutsch (mind. C1-Niveau) und sehr gut in Englisch

Marktkonformes Jahresbruttogehalt ab € 80.000 mit entsprechender Überzahlung, abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und einschlägigen Erfahrung sowie lukrative Prämien und Firmen-PKW.
