Produktionsmitarbeiter Schachtofen (m/w/d)
Tätigkeiten im Bereich Schachtofen
Befüllen des Schachtofens mit dem Radlader / Schlacke zapfen / Düsen reinigen / Materialtransporte / Kühlwasserkontrolle / Probenahme von Blei, Schlacke und Stein / Mithilfe bei Reparaturen
Zubereitung der Mischungen für den Schachtofen mit dem Radlader / Befüllen des Schachtofens mit dem Radlader / Beladen von LKW und Verwiegen von Haufwerken mit dem Radlader
Probenahme von Schlacke und Bleistein / Trennen von Bleistein und Schlacke mit dem Bagger
Filterstaub abfüllen, wiegen, lagern und kennzeichnen / Reinigungsarbeiten im Filterbereich und Umfeld
Abladen der Verpackungseinheiten (z. B. Paloxen, Paletten) von anliefernden LKWs mittels Gabelstapler und Auskippen der Batterien in die Säurebox / Bedienen der Fahrzeuge und Anlagen zur Vorbehandlung für den Verhüttungsprozess / Durchführen und Überwachen der Verladung der Altsäure
