Responsibilities
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Produktions- und gegebenenfalls weiteren operativen Bereichen.
  • Verantwortung für Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltschutz und die Einhaltung gesetzlicher sowie interner Vorgaben.
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Produktion in der geforderten Qualität und Menge.
  • Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung von Teams sowie Unterstützung von Teamleitern und Schichtverantwortlichen.
  • Analyse von Leistungskennzahlen und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Qualität und Produktivität.
  • Förderung einer kontinuierlichen Verbesserungs- und Lean-Kultur mit Fokus auf Sicherheit, Qualität, Service und Kosten.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Qualität, Logistik, Instandhaltung, EHS, Prozessengineering und F&E.
  • Steuerung von Veränderungsprozessen sowie Umsetzung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsinitiativen.
  • Verantwortung für Ressourcenplanung, Bestandsmanagement und die Erreichung betrieblicher Ziele.
Qualifications
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Chemieingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung (idealerweise 5 bis 10 Jahre) in einem produzierenden Industrieumfeld.
  • Erfahrung in der Prozess- oder Batch-Produktion, idealerweise in der Farben-, Lack- oder Chemieindustrie.
  • Fließend Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Coachingfähigkeiten.
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie Erfahrung in der Analyse von Kennzahlen und der Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen.
  • Kenntnisse in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing und Change Management.
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel, sowie Interesse an Automatisierungs- und KI-Lösungen.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, unternehmerisches Denken und hohe Kundenorientierung.
