Job SummaryA Production Employee must be capable of modifying, repairing, or adjusting material as needed. The individual must be physically capable of lifting, moving, and installing components and will also be responsible for managing their inventory and tools and reporting shortages or tool needs to their lead. At times a PT1 may be asked to work on separate projects around the facility such as maintaining, repairing, or fabricating new components, R&D, etc. This is the entry level for this skill set.

- General Laborer. (1 Year minimum)
- Knowledge & experience with woodworking tools. (1 Year minimum)
- Knowledge & experience using hand & power tools. (1 Year minimum)
