Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Process Design and Development:

Design and implement new production processes and technologies that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Develop process flow diagrams, layouts, and specifications for production equipment and systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess production needs and integrate new technologies into existing processes.
Optimization and Continuous Improvement:

Analyze current production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Utilize methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to drive process optimization initiatives.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of implemented changes.
Technical Support and Collaboration

Provide technical support to production teams regarding equipment operation and process challenges.
- Work closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth transitions from development to production.

Conduct training sessions for production staff on new technologies and process improvements
Qualifications
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Prefer relevant experience in a production engineering or manufacturing role.

Proven experience with production process design and optimization.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production technology role.

Experience with PLCs, robotics, and automated production systems is highly desirable.

Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for process design
