Manage and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules, quality, cost, and delivery targets. Monitor productivity and capacity, balance workloads across machining cells, lead continuous improvement and Lean initiatives, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and oversee maintenance and ERP-driven production planning.

Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.
  • Ensure compliance with production schedules and delivery commitments.
  • Monitor productivity, efficiency, and capacity utilization metrics.
  • Balance workloads across machining cells, production lines, and work centers.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of products while meeting quality and cost objectives.

  • CNC machining systems (Fanuc, Mazatrol, Haas, etc.)
  • Turning, milling, grinding, and EDM processes
  • GD&T and engineering drawing interpretation
  • APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and Control Plans
  • Lean Manufacturing principles
  • TPM and industrial maintenance practices
  • ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle

  • Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
  • Implement continuous improvement methodologies, including:
    • 5S
    • Kaizen
    • Poka-Yoke

  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Minimize operational risks associated with machinery and equipment.
  • Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
  • Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Support environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives.


For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bilingual: Advanced English Education 
  • Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar Intermediate 
  • Office Software
  •  Other: Leadership, Resource Management, Negotiation, Communication, Decision-making, Teamwork, Production Scheduling, Supply Chain Management, Lean Manufacturing, CNC Lathes, and CNC Machining Centers.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of screw machines
  • Work experience Required: At least 10 years of experience in machining.

Skills Required
