Key Tasks:
- Manager for Team Members and Team Leaders
- Set and follow up targets for the team and each employee, broken down from unit level
- As process owner be responsible for: 1. safety of the people, processes and manufactured/delivered products 2. quality + Q-system 3. delivery交付 4. cost成本
- As owner secure the quality, via SOP audit dialogues, and execution of the SOPs
- By own presence drive performance of the team and employees,

- Drive performance meetings, improvement meetings and related activities
- Be a link between the factory and support functions for daily issues
- Control of quality, deviations and line stops
- Provide the team with relevant information
- Leading or support claim handling related production
- Leading ALPS relevant activities:TPM,5S, PRP, SOP, Kaizan and etc.;
- Perform audits according to ALPS
- Secure production capacity according to workload
- Continuously Improve productivity
- Leading and develop the people in unit

- removing things that prevents success, finding gaps and close them, being the link/connecting point to other functions and to create order out of chaos
