Production Support – AD Systems – Everett, WA
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Support team member will independently perform the full range of support duties in accordance with the established policies and procedures of AD Systems. This will include support for the production schedule, provide technical guidance and training, drive research and development projects, and lead initiatives to improve inventory availability and forecast accuracy. This position will work closely with other internal departments to ensure that AD Systems’ finished products meet our customers’ expectations of superior quality and on time delivery.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
What You Will Do:
Support production team by creating schedules and helping move production orders through in a timely manner.
Review and prepare fabrication documents for production.
Create production packets before production begins on each project.
Prioritize work-cell and job task operations to achieve schedule.
Organizes work to meet on-time requirements.
Coordinates material for production teams to achieve schedule.
Suggest and drive process improvement initiatives.
Verifies all operations have been completed as specified on the production schedule.
Performs multiple operations simultaneously often required.
Provides exceptional customer service to internal team members.
Maintains areas around production equipment.
Maintains and improve 5S elements around production
What You Need to Succeed:
2+ years of experience in production/manufacturing environment
Preferred: 2+ years of production planning/support experience preferred. Lean manufacturing experienced preferred
Provide high quality internal customer service
Attention to detail and the ability to follow cut list dimensions and the ability to read blueprints or other small print material
Able to complete assigned tasks in a limited time frame
Strong organizational skills
Strong math skills
Remains alert in a high-risk environment
Assesses priorities to determine what is urgently needed
Maintains schedule and tasks in spite of interruptions
Physical Demands:
Manual Dexterity: Ability to handle parts and tools with precision.
Repetitive Motion: Perform repetitive motions such as bending, twisting, kneeling, stooping, lifting, gripping, and grasping with hands.
Standing Duration: Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift.
Lifting Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Lift Assist Devices: Use of overhead crane and forklift with training may be required.
Environmental Exposure: Ability to work in environments with noise, chemicals, dust, sharp objects, moving/rotating mechanical parts, and temperature extremes.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Respirator, fall protection, welding hood, etc. may be required depending on job duty and/or work area

Compensation: This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experiences.
The expected Base Hourly Range: $25 - $26. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
