- Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across manufacturing operations.
- Lead and oversee production activities to deliver high-quality output, and cost-efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, yield, downtime, safety incidents, and cost performance to drive data-based decisions.
- Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets through effective planning and execution.
- Support operational excellence initiatives
- Align workforce deployment with defined manufacturing staffing models.
- Build and sustain a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
- Manage workforce planning, including hiring requisitions, and structured training programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to enable continuous improvement and rapid issue resolution.
- Provide timely escalation and communication of operational risks, constraints, and performance gaps to leadership.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated leadership capability managing cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Proven problem-solving expertise utilizing Lean Manufacturing tools (A3, Kaizen, Ishikawa, 5S).
- Availability to support rotating shifts.
- Proficient in standard business and manufacturing software systems (SAP, Microsoft Office).
- Hands-on experience in assembly line operations.
- Strong collaboration, and teamwork skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of line balancing and production flow optimization.
- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
