Job DescriptionOverview:
Wonderful Citrus is seeking detail-oriented and analytical Production Planning Supervisor to support our import operations during the upcoming season. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient production planning by balancing inventory, customer demand, and operational capacity.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Analyze inventory levels, incoming supply (imports), and customer orders to support production planning
- Build and adjust daily and weekly production plans based on demand and operational capacity
- Monitor production performance and make real-time adjustments as conditions change
- Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure plans are aligned with plant capabilities and constraints
- Use internal planning tools (Excel-based) to translate data into actionable production plans
- Identify gaps, risks, or inefficiencies and propose solutions to maintain service levels
- Support continuous updates to planning assumptions based on actual production results
Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Experience in planning, supply chain, operations, or a similar analytical role
- Advanced English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Basic math skills and ability to understand operational calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with a high sense of urgency
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
