The Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leading teams, optimizing processes, and delivering high-quality results. What You'll Do:

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of daily production operations while leading and developing a high-performing team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across the production floor.

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team to meet and exceed production targets

  • Develop and execute production schedules to ensure smooth operations

  • Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and support product changes or launches

  • Ensure all products meet established quality standards through audits and inspections

  • Troubleshoot production challenges and implement effective solutions

  • Manage production documentation and reporting for leadership visibility

  • Drive cost efficiency by identifying savings opportunities and optimizing resources

  • Support team development through training, feedback, and performance management

What You'll Bring:

You’re a proactive leader who can balance operational priorities with team engagement. You’re comfortable making decisions, solving problems, and adapting to changing demands.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field

  • 4+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment

  • At least 1 year of people management or team leadership experience

  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and systems

  • Proven ability to analyze data and drive process improvements

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience developing and implementing operational procedures

The estimated salary range for this position is $80K to $90k. plus bonus.  Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.  At Xylem we offer a competitive compensation package with a generous benefit package, including Medical, Dental, Vision plans, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid parental leave and tuition reimbursement.
