Manufacturing Production Supervisor
Location: Euless, TX
Shift: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Starting Pay: $73,130 annually

The Production Supervisor provides leadership and oversight for daily manufacturing operations, ensuring a safe, productive, and quality-focused work environment. This role supports production teams, drives continuous improvement initiatives, coaches employees, and helps achieve operational goals.
Requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to train, coach, and develop employees
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read drawings and blueprints and use measuring tools
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing production demands
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Technical degree and 2+ years of related experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior manufacturing industry experience preferred.
