您将在何处创造价值？
- 根据生产计划和排班安排，组织当班生产活动，确保生产任务按时、安全、高质量完成。
- 跟踪各生产线运行状况，监控生产进度及生产效率，及时协调资源解决现场问题。
- 监督生产物料和包装材料的使用及现场管理，防止缺料、错料、混料等异常情况发生。
- 监督生产工艺执行情况，落实产品质量控制要求，及时处理和反馈生产过程中的质量偏差。
- 跟踪设备运行状态，监督设备点检及维护工作，对设备故障进行快速响应并协调处理。
- 管理当班员工出勤、工作状态及操作纪律，推动安全、质量和操作规范的有效执行。
- 负责生产现场EHS管理及突发事件处理，保障人员安全并降低运营风险。
- 完成交接班管理、生产记录填写及异常情况汇报，与区域经理、班组长及相关部门保持有效沟通协作。
您为何是最佳人选？
- 高中、中专或以上学历，化工、食品、生物、机械、工业工程等相关专业优先。
- 具有3年以上制造业生产现场工作经验。
- 具有生产班组管理、现场协调或带班经验。
- 熟悉生产管理流程及现场5S管理要求。
- 具备基本的质量管理意识，能够识别并处理生产过程中的质量异常。
- 了解设备日常点检及基础故障处理流程。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队管理能力。
- 能适应倒班工作，具备较强的责任心、执行力和应急处理能力。

The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Food Ingredient business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners. Skills Required
- High school, technical secondary school, or higher education
- Relevant education in chemical engineering, food science, biotechnology, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering preferred
- At least 3 years of manufacturing production-floor experience
- Production team management, on-site coordination, or shift leadership experience
- Familiarity with production management processes and 5S requirements
- Basic quality management awareness and ability to identify and address production quality deviations
- Understanding of routine equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting procedures
- Strong communication, coordination, and team-management skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Strong sense of responsibility, execution, and emergency-response abilities
- Production management experience in flavors and fragrances, food, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or fast-moving consumer goods
- Familiarity with GMP, ISO, HACCP, or EHS management systems
- Experience developing production supervisors, shift supervisors, team leaders, or frontline managers
