Pay Range:
$69,600.00 - $97,300.00The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

Remington Ammunition is seeking a Production Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about leading teams, improving processes, and driving operational performance. This position reports to the Sr. Manager Factory Operations and is based out of our Lonoke, Arkansas office.
Shift:
- Evening Shift. Please note: occasional overtime may be required based on business needs, which may impact scheduled days off.
- Training will be held during the first two weeks, Monday through Friday on the day shift, prior to transitioning to the assigned evening shift schedule
What you'll do:
- Lead, coach, and develop production team members to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
- Coordinate personnel, equipment, and resources to meet production schedules and customer demand.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, efficiency, waste reduction, and schedule attainment.
- Analyze production performance and identify opportunities to improve throughput, productivity, and manufacturing effectiveness.
- Participate in root cause analysis activities and implement corrective actions that prevent recurring issues.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Warehouse, and other cross-functional teams to drive production success.
- Lead employee engagement efforts through effective communication, coaching, recognition, and performance management.
- Ensure team members receive appropriate training and development to build skills, maintain compliance, and support career growth.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide ongoing feedback, and create development plans for team members.
- Support inventory accuracy initiatives by identifying discrepancies, addressing root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain employee attendance and labor records within company systems.
- Conduct safety observations, audits, investigations, and corrective action activities as required.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure effective shift-to-shift communication to support safe and efficient operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.
You have:
- Associate degree in Business, Industrial Management, Manufacturing Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of two years of leadership or supervisory experience within a manufacturing, industrial, processing, or production environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, inventory control, and workplace safety practices.
- Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, solve problems, and make sound business decisions.
- Demonstrated accountability for both individual and team performance.
You might also have:
- Experience leading teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence experience.
- Experience with root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience using ERP systems, production systems, or manufacturing software platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business applications.

Employee work assignments may include tasks working with and/or exposure to potentially hazardous areas, including flammables and explosives. Safety training is provided to all employees to ensure compliance with company and federal regulations.

Skills Required
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two years of supervisory experience in a machine-oriented manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Understanding of safe work habits, manufacturing processes, inventory control, and quality control methods
- Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics or a similar system
- Experience with an automated time and attendance system
- Knowledge and demonstrated use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and interact with multiple departments
- Strong interpersonal and teambuilding skills
- Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities
