Lead and supervise hourly manufacturing employees to meet safety, quality, cost, and production schedule targets. Drive continuous improvement, analyze performance, train staff, coordinate with support departments, maintain attendance/time records, manage inventory accuracy, perform safety audits/accident investigations, and deliver performance evaluations.

The Safety Engineer coordinates safety compliance, oversees inspections, conducts industrial hygiene work, and develops training for safety protocols in ammunition manufacturing.

Lead and manage a regional sales team for Remington Ammunition accessories across 11 Midwest states. Build customer and partner relationships, support product development with testing and feedback, develop promotions and budgets, and drive international sales growth. Frequent domestic travel for sales events and corporate meetings required.

Design, program, and commission PLC-based control systems and machine-vision inspection for automated manufacturing. Develop HMI/SCADA, integrate robotics, servo motion, and sensors, ensure NEC/OSHA and machine-safety compliance, troubleshoot high-speed inspection systems, manage projects from concept through commissioning, and collaborate with IT and operations for MES/traceability.

Lead Centerfire Assembly production teams to meet safety, quality, demand, employee, and cost targets. Supervise day-to-day floor operations, QA interactions, production reporting, staffing, training, SOPs, and continuous improvement (Lean/PES). Support budgeting, strategic planning, and act for the department manager as needed.

Lead development and optimization of high-volume steel processing (forming and heat treatment). Recommend equipment, troubleshoot metallurgical/process issues, partner with vendors, and create internal steel processing and quality standards.

Lead Lean and continuous improvement across manufacturing and support functions. Facilitate Kaizen/Blitz events, coach leaders and teams on Lean principles, apply structured problem solving to improve throughput and reliability, develop CI capability, sustain standard work and visual controls, and align CI with business priorities.

Manage capital and non-capital manufacturing projects including equipment/process design, tooling improvements, new product introduction, cost reduction, troubleshooting, supplier qualification, FMEAs, engineering change orders, and cross-functional coordination to support high-volume metallic parts production.

The Manufacturing Production Associate 2 operates machines, performs quality checks, handles materials, and ensures safety compliance while supporting team training and process documentation.

Supervise plating and restrike production to meet safety, quality, demand, cost, and delivery goals. Work with QA on nonconforming product, monitor production metrics, support budgeting and process improvements, coach and develop employees, enforce policies and safety, and drive Lean/servant leadership and training initiatives across the department.

Perform routine, preventative, and minor maintenance on production and support machinery; perform machine changeovers, troubleshoot and repair malfunctions, set tooling, assist engineers, mentor operators, follow safety and ISO procedures, and record process information. Work a 3pm–1:30am shift; overtime may be required.
