Manage capital and non-capital manufacturing projects including equipment/process design, tooling improvements, new product introduction, cost reduction, troubleshooting, supplier qualification, FMEAs, engineering change orders, and cross-functional coordination to support high-volume metallic parts production.

Perform mechanical setup, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and operation of Formax manufacturing machinery. Change tooling, record SPC changes in Win SPC, assist engineers with projects, handle scrap and polishing, and follow safety and ATF clearance requirements while working 12-hour weekend swing shifts.

The Production Supervisor leads manufacturing employees, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.
