· Co-ordinate for On the job training for New and
Existing operators
· Responsible for maintaining the 5S in Shop floor
· Analysis and Improvement in PDI Reworks
· Responsible for ensuring proper handling material
in the shop floor
· Maintain Inventory accuracy in Assembly shop
- Hands on experience in
implementing SOP, Poka-yoke, Kaizen and Abnormality management.
- Knowledge
of vehicle systems (Technical know-how of the products)

B.E/B. Tech –Mechanical/Automobile
General Requirements
- SAP – PP
/ MM Module knowledge

Skills Required
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
- Industry experience in EV, automotive, or auto ancillary manufacturing
- Hands-on experience implementing SOPs, poka-yoke, Kaizen, and abnormality management
- Knowledge of vehicle systems and product technical details
- Knowledge of SAP PP and MM modules
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
