What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures.

What Are We Looking For
- Prior cement plant or heavy industrial experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in production management software and tools.
- Preferred: Ability to obtain ATF clearance to operate specialized material‑clearing equipment (e.g., kiln guns or similar equipment) used in cement plant operations.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- 12-hour rotating shifts: 4 days on, 4 days off
- Requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
