About the RoleResponsible for supporting and developing sales while increasing market share of the Canon High Volume Production Systems within their assigned territory. Your Impact- Production Sales Specialist responsibilities include: - Support the sales region/team throughout key steps of the sales process, including customer needs analysis, demonstrations, samples, site surveys and customer meetings. - Develop high-value sales proposals, presentations and financial analyses for customers to support new business activities using a consultative, value-based sales approach. - Provide tracking of sales prospects through the sales funnel process and provide accurate forecasting through Salesforce.com. - Utilize Workplace Technologies & Services and Canon USA resources as necessary to support customer sales. - Proactively manage the assigned territory and develop a pipeline through customer relationships, competitive opportunities and new business development. - Sales results will be closely monitored and achievement of quota will be the fundamental basis for measuring success. - Product responsibilities include: - imagePRESS V1350 and V7/8/900 imagePRESS series production color equipment. - varioPRINT DP and varioPRINT 6000 TITAN production black & white equipment. - Workflow and Finishing solutions for both color and black & white production systems. - Assist the Production Print Solutions team in identifying and selling varioPrint iX1700 and varioPRINT iX3200 series production color inkjet opportunities, as well as identifying ProStream, ColorStream and varioPRESS iV7 opportunities. About You: The Skills & Expertise You BringBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience. - 3-5 years of industry experience in the production print industry. - Strong sales, technical aptitude, communication and demonstration skills including the desire to build solid working relationships with a variety of businesses and sales representatives. - Demonstrated ability to develop sales opportunities, manage a territory and build an active sales pipeline. - Interest in learning new high-volume technology in an evolving industry. - Must be a collaborative team player who can effectively communicate and work across multiple sales organizations.   We are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role: $54,460-$81,550 annually. This role is eligible for incentive compensation under the terms of an applicable plan and/or policy. Incentive compensation earnings vary by quota assigned, at 100% of plan, the anticipated incentive compensation for this role is $94,000 annually. This role is also eligible for a transportation allowance.
