Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review reports and break them down into priority lists that can be provided to manufacturing

• Prioritize and update electronic tracking system for production

• Track production status and be able to relate information in a timely manner to customer service.

• Reschedule ship dates when necessary

• Reconcile open order reports and reports past due dollars to management

• Ability to navigate colt, basic word and excel skills. Oracle is used in this role.

• Report on missed deliveries and assign root cause

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

• Must be able to communicate effectively to all levels or management and notify appropriate partied of issues and/or upcoming timeframes and deadlines.

• Understanding of product flow as outlined on Critical Ship List and Month End List.

• Ability to work in a team environment, assist other departments when workloads demand it, and effectively work with all levels of the organization.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• 1-3 years of related experience

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
