Overview: The Production Setup Associate is responsible for collecting materials used in production and assisting the flexographic press operator in basic press setup functions.
Shift: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm.
Pay: $15.00/hour.

What you'll do:
- Collecting/returning materials, inks (includes mixing), dies, and miscellaneous supplies from the assigned presses.
- Assists the press operator in basic setup operations on flexographic presses.
- Cleaning of press equipment.
- Responsible for collecting trash and stocking supplies on assigned presses.
Desired Traits/Requirements:
- Detail-oriented and capable of following standard work instructions.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to communicate and work with co-workers effectively.
- At least 3-6 months of general warehouse experience.
- High school dimploma or GED equivalent.
Physical Demands
- The employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and arms.
- The employee frequently uses hands and fingers to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- The employee is required to walk, reach with hands and arms, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds regularly, with or without assistance.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus to inspect materials and products.
- The employee must be able to safely work in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment.
