Perform first-piece and in-process quality audits, complete plant test methods, audit electronic art files, assist with QMS document development and internal audits, train staff on procedural changes, and identify quality improvements to ensure product and process compliance.

Operate flexographic and die-cut presses to produce blank sheet and roll labels and stickers. Inspect print quality, margins, and die cut depths; follow work orders and prioritize jobs; perform routine press cleaning and report maintenance needs; communicate job changes to supervisors; perform other assigned production duties.

Consolidate finished work orders, inspect and log finished goods, coordinate returns/rework, follow QMS procedures, prioritize LTL/NDA shipments, train employees, and drive a box truck for local deliveries as needed while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Collect materials and supplies for production, assist flexographic press operators with basic setup and cleaning, mix inks, restock and remove trash, and follow standard work instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Entry-level role supporting printing press operators by staging materials, mounting plates, performing basic setup and quality checks, cleaning equipment, and performing general warehouse duties. May operate plate mounting equipment and computers and follow safety and quality procedures.
