Job Description- Manage and supervise the Segment organizational unit to achieve defined objectives and KPIs
- Lead direct reports by defining objectives, providing clear instructions, and monitoring performance
- Ensure adherence to standards, governance requirements, and process execution
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement measures to enhance team performance and service delivery
- Support professional development of team members through coaching, training needs assessment, and succession planning
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical) or Operations Management; Six Sigma certification preferred.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in production or operations leadership, Experience within the Automotive industry or Wiring Systems is highly preferred.
Language: Full Professional English proficiency (C1 level) required for presenting technical data to global stakeholders.
Lean Mastery: Expert in Kaizen, 5S, and Kanban to optimize OEE and reduce waste.
Operational Leadership: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, achieve KPIs, optimize resource allocation, and foster a "safety-first" culture (HSE).
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and implement root-cause solutions.
