As a Production Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, coordinate, and implement production schedules that meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization. The Production Scheduler, under limited supervision, performs routine tasks in coordinating new customer orders, existing customer delivery schedules, and finished product shipments. Plans and prepares manufacturing production schedules and departmental workflows. Must be U.S Persons. 

Preferred Qualifications

Required Experience

  • A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and 
    work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in production planning or scheduling, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry
  • Experience with production scheduling and inventory control systems
  • Proficient Microsoft Windows software applications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail

  • Maintains customer delivery dates in line with customer requirements, and master production schedule
  • Allocates inventory to customer shipments and coordinates special requirements, and inspections  
  • Provides monthly ship from stock information to the Production Control Manager  
  • Performs filing and other clerical type duties 
  •  Other responsibilities as assigned
