Production Quality Investigator

Scopo del ruolo:
E' responsabile delle indagini e dell'emissione della documentazione di qualità nella propria area di appartenenza. Partecipa attivamente ai programmi di compliance e alle iniziative di miglioramento continuo dello stabilimento. Tali attività dovranno essere eseguite nel rispetto delle regole imprescindibili di qualità e sicurezza.
Responsabilità Principali:

• Assicura che il sistema di rilevazione ed assicurazione della qualità mantenga, nel rispetto delle procedure operative, un grado di efficienza ottimale.
• Verifica gli standard di qualità del prodotto tenendo conto delle specifiche e delle caratteristiche del processo al fine di ottenere la omogeneità produttiva.
• Garantisce che vengano assimilate e rispettate le procedure atte al mantenimento degli standard di qualità.
• Collabora nel settore di competenza e con le altre funzioni aziendali, affinché i vari impianti e la loro manutenzione rispettino la qualità.
• Esegue le investigazioni di qualità in caso di fallimenti di processo produttivo, atte ad identificare la/e causa/e base
• Prepara e propone al proprio responsabile ed ai responsabili di processo, le opportune azioni correttive e preventive (CAPA)
• Gestisce i reclami di qualità ricevuti dai clienti
• Redige l'opportuna documentazione scritta, anche in inglese ove necessario, a supporto di tutte le attività investigative
• Collabora con la leadership di qualità ed operativa al sostegno della cultura della Compliance anche attraverso verifiche ed audit interne
• Collabora alle ispezioni interne ed esterne
• Partecipa ai progetti e iniziative di miglioramento continuo di stabilimento

Requisiti:

• Laurea in discipline tecnico scientifiche o esperienza equivalente
• Buona comprensione dell'inglese scritto e parlato

Altri requisiti:

• Conoscenze dei requisiti di Data Integrity (CFR21 part 11, ALCOA principles etc)

Si offre contratto a tempo determinato della durata di 6 mesi.
Work Location Assignment: On Premise
The annual base salary for this position ranges from €31.125,00 to €51.875,00. This salary range applies to the location Italy - Ascoli Piceno.
