Sotto la guida generale del PCT Lead, è responsabile di:
- rispetto della compliance degli standard di qualità e integrità dei dati;
- rispetto degli obiettivi finanziari del proprio PCT;
- identificare/implementare progetti di continous improvement volti all'efficientamento del reparto e al miglioramento dei flussi di produzione;
- applicazione e miglioramento continuo della metodologia IMEx (Integrated Manufacturing Excellence);
Responsabilità Principali:
- Opera rispettando la conformità delle operazioni di produzione rispetto agli standard di Qualità, alle norme di buona fabbricazione e agli standard di Salute, Sicurezza ed Ambiente;
- Gestisce gli elementi del Continuous Improvement (CI): riunioni, lavagne, coordina le attività di progetto, analizza e prioritizza le iniziative volte al miglioramento continuo;
- Supporta la ricerca della causa base (root cause failure analysis), l'analisi del rischio e la definizione delle soluzioni per problematiche critiche;
- Addestra gli operatori ed i tecnici all'utilizzo degli strumenti del CI;
- Gestisce la definizione, il controllo e lo sviluppo degli Standard Work (Manuali Operativi, Roles Cards...);
- Collabora all'esecuzione di aggiornamento ed emissione di SOP;
- Collabora al processo di gap analisi dell'OEE;
- Supporta i progetti di Ingegneria per l'introduzione di nuovi formati e macchine;
- Alimenta l'utilizzo di strumenti innovativi volti al miglioramento dell'area;
- Collabora con il network nella guida di nuovi progetti o nella replicazione di progetti già implementati.
Requisiti:
- Laurea con indirizzo tecnico-scientifico e/o esperienza pluriennale nella gestione di team (preferibilmente in ambito farmaceutico/manifatturiero - Ingegneria).
- Padronanza dell'inglese sia scritto che parlato.
- Conoscenze ed esperienze di lavoro con l'uso di Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

- Buone doti comunicative, attitudine alle relazioni interpersonali e di negoziazione.
Si offre contratto a tempo determinato della durata di 6 mesi.
Work Location Assignment: On Premise
The annual base salary for this position ranges from €35.250,00 to €58.750,00. This salary range applies to the location Italy - Ascoli Piceno.
