We are looking for a passionate and driven Production Planning & Development Engineer to join our team at one of our key operational sites in Laem Chabang, Chonburi, Thailand. In this role, you’ll be at the center of our workshop excellence—ensuring that every process is optimized, every plan is executed with precision, and every challenge is met with innovation.

Reports to: Workshop Manager
As a Production Planning & Development Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in driving production efficiency and development. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and executing production planning from sales order to production master plan and it’s monitoring in meeting customer requirements and internal effectiveness.
Advising and executing production capacity, material planning & quality development aiming at utmost cost, quality, productivity and safety effectiveness.
Working closely with superior and other relevant specialist to ensure relevant requirements compliance e.g. Quality, Safety, Productivity and Environment.
Studying and analyzing or identifying opportunities of production process and equipment development for excellence in process and quality.
Supporting the preventive maintenance program to optimize the resource for scheduling.
Handling new development project ensuring it’s effectively implemented.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders targeting the delivery time meet customer requirement.
Performing other tasks assigned by Workshop Manager or higher management.
To succeed in this important role, you will need:
Bachelor of Production or Industrial Engineering with 3 years up experience in production planning and development.
Knowledge other engineering principles, development and project management and has been working in Workshop operation is advantage.
Knowledge of Quality management and control, Productivity and Safety is advantage.
Computer literate and good at MS office, CAD or SolidWorks and ERP program, good at calculation and presentation.
Good command of English.
Good analytic skills and using statistics tools.
Strong willingness to learn and expose new assignment and challenge.
Good cooperation, good interpersonal skill, proactive and can-do attitude.
Able to work under complicated situation and challenge.
Fluent in Thai and can work in Thailand without requiring work permit.
Candidates must not require a work permit to work in Thailand.
