The PositionAccount Value Partner– Eastern Area

Location: Eastern Thailand (Chachoengsao, Chonburi, Nakhon Nayok, Prachinburi, Sa Kaeo)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Value Partner to join our team at Roche Diagnostics Thailand. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key customers in the Eastern region of Thailand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell Roche Diagnostics products to hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare professionals.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage in the assigned territory.

  • Achieve sales targets and implement effective territory management strategies.

  • Provide product knowledge, technical information, and support to customers.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare industry.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle preferred.

  • Good command of English and Thai.
