- Production Planning, develop, monitor and update detailed production plans to ensure timely completion of production schedules. Coordinate with the production team to align resources and timeline.
- Subcontractor Management, build and manage detailed production plans, including forecasts for subcontractors, ensuring alignment with overall production schedules.
- Material Coordination, ensure material availability for production by coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams. Report material shortages for the short -term production, track and follow up.
- Capacity Planning, evaluate production capacity and recommend adjustments to meet short-term and long-term goals. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Working according to Insightec Quality Policy, relevant Quality Procedures & Standards, and privacy & safety rules.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in production planning.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across different departments.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of the Priority ERP system
- Experience in Medical Device industry
Skills Required
