Your Role:
As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating the inbound and/or outbound logistical operations, including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation to ensure sufficient supply of goods and products. Your key tasks will include:
- Plan assigned production flow. Monitor status of and resolve problems with material flow. Release material and work orders to production groups per established schedules.
- Execute the preparation of production schedules and detailed machine loading to comply with delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Production supervisor, sales, and logistics personnel to alleviate conditions that negatively affect scheduled deliveries.
- Work closely with production to find improvement areas in planning and production flow.
- Use company systems to drive overall planning and customer service improvements.

About You:
We are looking to hire a knowledgeable Production Planner with 3-5 years of prior experience. You should have sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional organizational and time-management skills, and a strong regard for product quality and safety standards. Experience with MRP and ERP systems is required, and APICS certification is preferred.
You should be a practical problem solver who values the power of action and the fulfillment of bringing concepts to life.
