Responsibilities:1. Manage production and material planning to balance capacity with order demand;
2. Develop procurement and shipping plans based on material requirements;
3. Create and track raw material delivery schedules;
4. Monitor and resolve production anomalies. Proactively analyze and alert on risks related to resources and delivery timelines, coordinate cross-departmental analysis, and formulate action plans and countermeasures;
5. Optimize inventory levels, balance production capacity, and adjust product delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment while minimizing capital tied up in inventory;
6. Coordinate communication and collaboration between production and other departments (e.g., procurement, logistics, warehousing) to ensure timely supply and efficient allocation of resources including raw materials, equipment, and labor.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in science or engineering disciplines; CET-4 or equivalent English proficiency required;
2. Minimum 3 years of production planning management experience; automotive parts industry experience preferred;
3. Proficient in production planning, scheduling coordination, product process routes, and related knowledge of production, quality, and inventory management;
4. Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in using Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools for data processing and report generation;
5. Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination abilities to effectively drive project progress and resolve production issues.
