The Role
Prepares and manages production schedules, ensuring timely completion, delivery, samples, trials, and preventive maintenance coordination. Develops contribution margin and production reports, attends production and customer service meetings, communicates targets and delays, and coordinates production-related activities. Ensures materials required for 48 hours of production are transferred from external to internal warehouses.

Responsibilities:

1 . Prepares job order production schedule for all production processes. 

2. Ensures that jobs are produced and completed in time and delivery schedules maintained.

 3. Makes sure that all samples and internal trials are carried out on time.

 4. Prepares monthly tentative preventive maintenance plan and sends it to maintenance planner in the beginning of each month. 

5. Co-ordinates with the maintenance unit about the daily preventive maintenance plan.

 6. Co-ordinates with the production/maintenance unit about the scheduled maintenance. 

Management and administration:

  1. Prepares the contribution margin report for all Produced orders.
  2. Attends daily production meeting & customer service meeting and provides updates about production targets and delays. 
  3. Prepares monthly reports to the production planning unit head, customer service manager & supply chain Manager 
  4. Coordinates and follows up on all activities in the production process or related to it.scheduled maintenance.

Product realization process:

Makes sure that the materials needed for 48 hours of production are provided from the external warehouses into the internal one.

Education & Experience:

High reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is acquired through bachelor degree or equivalent.

Knowledge of the manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery. This is normally acquired through one to two years of experience.

Professional Certification:

Scheduling, manufacturing courses and seminars are a plus ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System Awareness

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • High reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery
  • One to two years of manufacturing experience
  • Scheduling, manufacturing courses, and seminars
  • ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System Awareness
