Essential Duties and Responsibilities
o Schedule and coordinate the flow of materials between production stages in producing Ichor products.
o Review production schedules to anticipate required materials, equipment and supplies.
o Provide input to management to reschedule in case of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions
o Manage WIP variances at the work order level and work with manufacturing production and stores to ensure timely and accurate material management
o Manage change activity to WIP jobs at the work order level
o Work independently with minimal supervision

o Knowledge of operating and scheduling procedures and processes
o Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
o Good verbal and written communication skills
o Good MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
o Solid knowledge of MRP, Oracle and Agile systems
o Ability to sit for prolonged periods and occasionally walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.

o 3-5+ years production planning, scheduling or related work experience
o A.A. Degree or equivalent experience, or any combination of education and experience
o Advanced experience using MRP, Oracle and Agile systems
o CPIM or APICS Certification

We are a leader in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of critical fluid delivery subsystems and components for semiconductor capital equipment.
