The Role
Plan, develop, and stabilize production levels; monitor inventories; supervise daily production results; generate and review production variance reports; maintain QMS compliance; support continuous improvement and corrective actions.

Plan, develop, and stabilize the production assigned to each of the work departments. Use equipment and materials effectively to meet customer requirements and thus achieve the goals set by the Company within the scheduled time and at an efficient cost. 

Key Responsibilities
  •  Plan, develop, and stabilize low, medium, and high production levels.
  • Implement production changes based on requirements, forecasts, and inventories.
  • Monitor the inventory of finished products and raw materials.
  • Daily supervision of production results.
  • Develop and review reports on variances and discrepancies against production reports.
  • Review and update floor inventories in coordination with production supervisors.
  • Show commitment by leading and supporting team members to contribute to the effectiveness of the quality system.
  • Promote and communicate the results and/or effectiveness of processes, as well as actions and/or reaction plans when applicable.
  • Meet the quality objectives of the position and the company's strategic goals.
  • Comply with quality system guidelines.
  • Maintain the company's tools and equipment in good, clean, and safe working condition.
  • Perform work with quality, meeting required standards.
  • Participate in the company's continuous improvement projects.
  •  Follow up on corrective actions of the Quality System as appropriate.
  • Fulfill relevant roles assigned by management as applicable (e.g., Brigades, Auditors, Sponsors)."


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Scholarship: Professional Degree.
Experience: At least two years in production planning and inventory control.
Skills: Teamwork, verbal and written communication, leadership. English (spoken and written)
Initial formation: 
•       Use and management of E1
•       Planning and development of production programs
•       Supervision of raw materials and finished products
•       Development of information against production reports
•       Review and update of online inventories
•       Use and management of MP8 for systems and maintenance
•       Use and management of QMS.

Skills Required
