Support strategic planning, market intelligence, and KSI tracking. Conduct market research, build datasets and basic models, prepare executive reports, coordinate cross-functional inputs, support M&A screening, and assist pricing and customer programs to inform leadership decisions and drive segment growth.

Analyze, monitor, and reconcile global intercompany AR/AP transactions and pricing. Maintain intercompany customer/vendor setups, support transfer pricing compliance, document policies, drive process improvements and automation, produce intercompany reporting and reconciliations, and collaborate with tax, treasury, and finance teams to support audits and management insights.

Provide reception, customer service, and administrative support for the Perth branch, including quotations, purchase order matching, job and assembly order tracking, assisting procurement and logistics, and ensuring schedules and delivery requirements are met.

Design, develop, and validate pumps and pumping systems from concept through manufacturing. Perform concept feasibility, design verification/validation, prototype development, PPAP approvals, and cross-functional problem solving to ensure quality, compliance, and successful product launches.

Serve as the single point of contact for top-tier industrial distributors, handling product selection, quotes, order entry, accounts receivable support, issue resolution, distributor enablement, and cross-functional coordination. Proactively identify opportunities and issues, analyze feedback and benchmarks, support process improvements, and participate in occasional travel for distributor visits and industry events.

Provide end-to-end account and relationship support for top-tier industrial distributor partners, serving as a single point of contact for product selection, order entry, issue resolution, and accounts receivable. Proactively identify customer needs and opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally to execute custom configurations and complex orders, analyze feedback and benchmark data, and support distributor enablement to drive retention, satisfaction, and commercial growth.

Provide high-quality customer service and relationship management for Franklin Water Treatment clients. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, communicate clearly, multitask in a fast-paced environment, maintain accurate records, and use Microsoft Office to support team operations and customer needs.

Provide advanced second-tier technical support (phone, email, onsite), diagnose complex product issues, conduct onsite and web training, manage cases and status updates, create technical documentation, and identify sales/service opportunities to improve customer experience.

Serve as the technical and functional PLM resource: administer and configure PLM and engineering tools, resolve incidents (ServiceNow), manage licenses, lead upgrades/integrations, author SOPs and training, migrate CAD/parts data, and partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Sourcing, infrastructure, and security to improve system performance and compliance.

Support manufacturing operations in machining, molding and finishing: prepare materials, supply and operate machines/equipment, and perform related production tasks in a factory environment.

Plan, develop, and stabilize production levels; monitor inventories; supervise daily production results; generate and review production variance reports; maintain QMS compliance; support continuous improvement and corrective actions.

Install, configure, and maintain workstation operating systems and plant IT systems. Provide end-user support, manage incidents and changes in ServiceNow, image and deploy PCs, maintain IT asset inventories, support network/phone/server hardware, develop/maintain shop-floor apps using C# and SQL, and ensure documentation and SOX-compliant change records.
