Manage distributors, dealers, consultants and end users; deliver product training and seminars; handle technical/service issues; prepare monthly service and business reports; provide market feedback to support new product development; travel up to 50% within Thailand.

Design and validate mechanical products (motors/pumps) from concept to production. Perform DFMEA, dimensional analysis, testing, vendor/component qualification, and support product improvements and validation efforts within multidisciplinary teams.

Serve as the single point of contact for key customers, driving satisfaction, retention, adoption and growth. Proactively resolve issues, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate internally, support marketing, and participate in customer visits and trade shows.
