Job Description/Responsibilities

Join a team that keeps our products moving from production to customers by ensuring the right inventory is available at the right time. The Production Planner/Scheduler plays a key role in balancing customer demand, production capacity, and inventory levels while driving operational efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally across supply chain, production, and customer teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
  • Coordinate with production, supply chain, and customer teams to balance service levels, inventory, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and planning metrics to support business goals while minimizing carrying costs.
  • Manage and communicate production priorities, supporting successful execution of new products and key initiatives.
  • Ensure planning activities comply with company, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications/Requirements

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, scheduling, or a related manufacturing function.
  • Experience using ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS, or similar manufacturing planning systems.

Preferred

  • Experience in the beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or alcohol industry.
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations and integrated planning or forecasting systems.

The annual salary range for this role is $81,956 - $122,934. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
