As a Production Planner II here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in supporting and improving the supply chain planning and execution processes. You will be responsible for managing production schedules to meet customer demand efficiently and ensuring material availability aligns with production requirements.
You will report directly to our Production Planning Manager and you’ll work out of our Juarez, Mexico location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall production efficiency by creating and maintaining accurate production plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain performance.

- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address capacity constraints and supply issues.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 3+ Experience in supply chain or production planning within a electronics manufacturing environment.
- English Proficient
- Strong knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and production scheduling processes.
- Proficiency with SAP
- Ability to analyze production data and resolve scheduling conflicts effectively.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
- Experience with SIOP, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- APICS or CPIM certification is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
